Private Label

Your Beans or Ours:

Some of our customers prefer to send in their own beans for toll-extraction services in order to maintain proprietary roasting and blending profiles. Others request our services from start to finish, including sourcing the beans, then roasting and blending.

Labeling:

We provide full-color label printing at no additional charge. Typically, all we need is your company name/logo, address, phone, blend name, and shelf life statement (optional). You may also request product codes and/or UPC codes on the inner and/or master cases. Once the label is designed, you will receive a copy for approval prior to use. Because the labels are printed on demand, we can revise the content at any time with minimal lead-time.

Coffee On Demand:

Our Bag-in-Box product for Coffee On Demand is primarily sold to coffee roasters, beverage distributors and broad-liners for placement at foodservice applications. As a distributor, you may send in your own beans in order to truly match a fresh-roasted program, or you may use one of our products. Either way, you may request a private label or an X Café label. A minimum run using your own beans is 1540 lbs. green (1250 lbs. roasted) for a production of approximately 130 gallons of 30:1 ratio in either half or 1 gallon Bag-in-Box. There are no minimums when you order our standard X Café products.

Coffee Extracts for Ingredient Use:

As with Coffee on Demand customers, we are able to extract your beans or ours for any custom ingredient project. We love special projects – and most ingredient projects are just that! The majority of ingredient orders are shipped in 1,000-liter (265-gallon) totes to a co-packer for inclusion with other ingredients. These totes may also be private-labeled upon request, with no minimums.
