Our roots are in the specialty coffee world and our 100% focus on coffee extracts has allowed us to provide unparalleled expertise in the flavor, fragrance, science and formulation of great-tasting coffee. In our patented process , we extract only the portion of the bean that is of benefit to the consumer. Many other extracts are made directly from instant coffee, creating a taste that is harsh and bitter. Most are over-extracted to a solids level above 20%, indicating there is cellulose (bean fiber) in the liquid. Cellulose only adds weight and solids to the package – not flavor or fragrance. When you sip our coffee, you can taste the difference our careful process makes. |
