Expanded Cereal Shapes can be made from grains, vegetables (such as carrots or squash), soy, or whey. 
 

We can provide a fully finished product, semi-finished product, or even ground product for further processing.  We can produce product sizes from one-sixteenth of an inch to one inch and three quarters.  Textures can range from easily dissolved and friable to dense and grainy products that give a distinct bite or crunch.

Cereal Crisps
Crisps are ideal components to your blended cereals and bars, providing textural dimension, unique visuals and custom flavor. Kerry’s complementary technologies can add sweet or savory coatings and flavorings and clean-tasting soy protein. Crisp products can be formulated to assist in meeting protein and fiber goals to target specific health needs. In addition to the familiar rice and soy crisps, Kerry can also produce corn, wheat, whey, oat, amaranth and even vegetable crisps.

Cookie Pieces
Kerry cookie pieces are useful inclusions because they are sturdier than broken cookies or chopped pieces. Formed cookie pieces maintain piece identity in bar processing and cereal blending and provide excellent bursts of texture and flavor in ice cream, shake and yogurt applications. With our flavors, sweet coatings and fruit powders and crystals, we are able to provide unique, memorable flavor profiles.

Snack Pieces
Snacks as variable as rice cakes, cheese puffs and toddler munchies are all within the capabilities of the Kerry team.
